I also made friends for life at the same time, even though I didn’t think it was possible in such a short time. It was totally worth the money. I earned the course money back in just two months of bartending.""

""I had no idea that the level would be so high. We became among the best in Europe in such a short time. I could really feel that I had a solid training behind me when I started a job at one of Londons best nightclubs.""
Bar Station
The Bar Station is where you practice your efficiency, speed and technique on a daily basis. In the bar you get to practice the day to day work routines that will turn you into a international bartender.
Bar Training is fun! You will get challenged in all human levels of thinking, working and cooperating under stress, time pressure, happiness, creativity and customer entertainment.
This is why EBS is unique – we are the only school that teaches you the skills required to meet International restaurant standards
Free Pour Station
At EBS you will learn how to pour drink measurements by hand – without any use of measurement tools: Free pour.
On the Free Pour station you will train the skills you will need for the bar station challenges to run smoothly. Show pours, exact pours, long pours, efficient pours and off course speed pours to make everything look elegant and easy in the bar.
EBS gives you the practice and confidence to pour the exact amount by hand – that is what we call professionalism! That is EBS. Elegant, efficient and fun.
Flair Station
Flair is the terminology for ”bartender entertainment”. This is required if you want to work internationally; where entertaining the customers is a big part of the job.
Flair draws attention to the bartender. Smooth handling of several bottles at one time is entertaining to watch and increases your efficiency and speed.
On the flair station we teach you the simple techniques you need to take your entertainment skills to another level – practicing all flair skills in the flair station will make it look easy and fun.
Theory Station
A good bartender has comprehensive knowledge of all the different varieties of alcohol and its manufactures. There are also rules and laws to follow when working in the bar & restaurant industry.
In the theory station you get the skills you need to Manage a bar and all the obligations that this entails.
Our EBS course is full our personal development and interpersonal skills. The course will both test & mature you - and it will teach your valuable life skills too.
