13 min into the second section of Hakan's Bar, we got a guided tour through the new European Bartender School Center in Phuket. Patrik Eriksson, one of our head teachers, showed us the bar stations, talked about the education and gave us a demonstration of Flair. We also got to see the lounge bar, which is part of the school. One thing we didn´t get to see however, is our lovely rooftop swimming pool.
