New teachers to EBS bartenderschool in London!
Now we proudly welcome two other big names to EBS bartending school. James Trevillion and Clinton Weir. They will teach EBS students to prospective top bartenders in our barschool in London.
James has been in the restaurant business since he was 14 years old and has worked in many bars across London and his hometown Brighton. He quickly got his eyes set on mixologi and with passion and great interest he absorbed all the knowledge he could at the different bartending jobs he had, until he finally ended up at one of the world's most famous mixologi bars - The Lab.
Clinton is originally from South Africa and the undefeated champion in both flair and mixologi of the South African championships, five years in a row ... He has also appeared in hundreds of flair & fire shows and arranged over 500 events. He appears frequently on television and magazines as well as appearing in commercials for major brands such as Smirnoff Vodka and others.
From the spring of 2010 these two will bring all the knowledge they have and teach EBS students in London how to become a professional bartender.
