Tom Dyer and Jay du Toit visits EBS school on Kos

Tom Dyer and Jay du Toit, our stars from the London school, could not stay away from our largest school ever and came down to check out our bartending school on Kos. Tom gave an inspiring lecture on how flair can be a fun and effective way to use the equipment in the bar and at the same time give guests a good show while mixing their drinks. The two bartenders also gave a flair show, together with swedish champion Johannes Kinch, on graduation day.
