Martina Lennartsson talks about the course.

Why did you choose EBS?
I chose the course that seemed to be the most serious and that lasted for a 4 week period. I had heard that some of the courses lasting 2 weeks were not as good.
What did you think of the instructors?
The instructors were competent and educational, and we as students could really look up to.
What was best about the course?
The best part of the course was the way it was set up so that we could learn so very much. There were some tough weeks with new drinks every day as well as theory tests. And of course we always had to be at our very best in the bar. The combination of bar knowledge, drink knowledge, freepouring, theory and flair training was very good.
Was it worth the money?
I am glad that I got solid training and it was definitely worth every penny.
What do you think the differences are between EBS and other bartending schools?
I am sure that anyone wanting to go to a bartending school will find that EBS is the most attractive choice. You get great instructors, good training and a good foundation that every bartender needs. EBS has a good atmosphere in the class especially when you have good leaders. I was also happily surprised that school wok really came first during the weeks. Even though I took the course on Kos it was not at all an absolute party all week. I know that is what many people may think since there are so many other schools there that are like that.
Was the course at the level you expected, or did you expect something else?
The course was actually at a much higher and better level than I imagined from listening to my friends that had attended other schools.
Why did you choose to attend at the location you chose?
In my experience it is hard to say if the course is better in Sweden because was so intensive on Kos. I didn’t know I could take in so much information, theory, practice and knowledge in such a short period of time during my month on Kos.
