Lead instructor Stockholm
Johannes is a six-time Swedish champion in Flair and has also positioned himself as 3rd in two World Championships. He has worked at many of Stockholm's hot spots and is well known in the industry. Johannes is EBS lead instructor in Stockholm.
Lead Instructor Kos
Dominique has worked with celebrities such as Kelly Rowland, been a guest performer at the world's largest hotel, the Venetian Hotel in Macau and participated in the Skyy Vodka Flair Competition on behalf of China's best bartenders. This summer he will be the lead instructor at EBS bartendercenter in Kos.
Education Officer
Palle Rosen is classed as one of the leading and most respected in the industry. In 1996, he imported the concepts Flair and Freepour to Sweden, when he opened TGI Friday's in Stockholm. He has an impressive track record in major international competitions in bartending.

Hailing from TGI Fridays, Jay has taken on board all the tests, training and standards of service to make his mark as a world class bartender. Having competed in over 50 competition in over 20 countries he has won more than 15 flair comps, regularly ranked amongst the top names in the industry.

Tom is a world champion and ranked Top 5 in the last 7 years. He has won over 50 international competitions in 35 different countries around the world, visited talk shows in ten different countries, organized the world's largest flair competition and so far trained over 1,000 bartenders.

James has worked in London's best mixologibar - The Lab. Nowadays he runs a consultancy firm called Barmazter, where you can hire bartenders and get help organizing events, etc. He also works as a teacher at EBS bartending training in London.

Clinton began his bartending career in South Africa in 1997 and since then he has won the South African Cup 5 times and arranged over 500 events, participated in the Smirnoff Red Vodka's advertising campaign around the world.

Adam is behind the barkoncept of innovative and exclusive "SW20" cocktail bar in Oslo. He became world champion of TGI Friday's in 2002, with the highest winning score ever. He has also created the famous drinking game "Ring of Fire". If you want to learn from Adam's knowledge you should go EBS training in Oslo.
Lead Instructor Gothenburg
Daniel has a history as a bartender at Rubinen in Gothenburg, a hotel bar serving drinks in classic style. Since then he has worked at Nivå, one of the biggest clubs in town. Now he is a teacher at EBS bartender training in Gothenburg, and also works at the trendy nightclub Push.
Lead Instructor Oslo
Patrik is a well-known name in the restaurante sector and has many famous restaurants in the merit list. Besides being the head teacher at our course in Oslo, he is helping to drive the liquid Engineers AS in Norway, a leader in cocktail events, office parties, bachelor parties, etc.

He is known for his passion and his infectious enthusiasm and he has trained over 500 bartenders during his time as a teacher. He has worked for renowned companies such as Coca Cola and Choice Hotels, and is a familiar face in the Norwegian media.

Toni trained as a bartender at EBS first course in London 2000th After that he worked 6 years in Malmö's hottest nightclub Privé. Now he is head teacher at EBS training in Malmö, while he is one of the city's most famous and sought-after event planner.
Instructor Phuket
Lisa attended EBS barenderschool on Kos 2007. After that she has worked at Palace, one of Swedens largest clubs, Club Upstairs on Kos, for Luis Vuitton in Macau, Mercedes Benz in Ban Suan and for fashion TV in Bangkok. She is now working as a instructor at EBS bartendercenter in Phuket.
