Test & certificate


We place high demands on our students so that they can maximize their training and leave us with as much knowledge as possible.
EBS has a very good reputation in the restaurant industry and there is a very good chance you will have a job waiting for you directly after graduation. All students are graded from the very first day.

The course ends with:

  • A theory test
  • A practical test
  • A flair test
  • A pouring test

The course includes a graduation dinner at which we present the diplomas and all of the test results. The certificate is internationally recognized and signed by the lead instructor. A certificate from EBS carries a lot of weight on the market and is a great reference when you are job hunting

If for some reason you don’t pass the exams the first time you will have a chance to repeat the tests at a later date. Our goal is for all students to graduate with a certificate
