Any course is only as good as its instructors. So in order to guarantee an educational program of the highest standard, EBS Instructors have to meet several requirements. First of all, their communication skills are second to none, and they are fluent in the language(s) they teach. EBS Instructors are charismatic and motivating role-models who know how to transfer knowledge to their students.
Apart from the standard International Bartender Course, All EBS Instructors are required to have at least 3 years of relevant hospitality experience. They have completed the internal 3-Instructor Academy and are required to attend the annual Instructor Convention to keep up with the latest updates in the EBS teaching methods.
The annual Instructor Convention is hosted by our Board of Education. These industry heavyweights design and update all EBS teaching materials to guarantee a highly relevant bartender education for both employers and students of our courses.
