EBS has, through assistance from the bartender elite, created a 4 week crash course that covers everything that will turn you into a professional bartender.

Do they use real spirits?
The EBS training program has two objects; learning how to mix drinks, and mixing a sufficient number of drinks in order to master the routines as well as contents of the drinks.
EBS uses coloured water so that you will have plenty of practise get into the way of mixing drinks. It gives you the chance to mix and practise on up to a hundred drinks every day. Fruit and all other drink garnish are however the real thing.
You do of course get to mix the drinks with alcohol so that you will know how they taste.
The ”water mix” is in fact another reminder of the main objective of the course, which is learning, rather than partying.
Remember …
… no matter the destination, all EBS courses are identical. They are professionally organized and developed by professional bartenders with many years’ experience.
What are the school premises like?
On all our destinations, EBS works in modern premises with fully equipped bars.
Have a look at the pictures from our various EBS course locations.
Having your own premises and being your own master gives you plenty of advantages compared to renting a bar, which may not be suited for teaching or does not have the sufficient equipment.
Remember …
… in Phuket and on the island of Kos, EBS is the only bartender training centre with modern, well-equipped premises.
