The Tokyo Iced Tea echoes the infamous Long Island Ice Tea but shakes things up a little to give the cocktail more of a citrus, refreshing edge.

    • 12.5cl – Midori
    • 12.5cl – Tequila

2. Midori Sour

A little leprechaun once told us that St. Patrick was also a fan of the sweet and sour blend. So why not join him this St. Patrick’s Day with an Irish drink?

4. #EBSDublin’s St. Patrick’s Pride

Fresh from EBS Dublin, out of all our St. Patrick’s Day cocktails, this might be our favourite…

  •            Green Highball Glass
  •            Cubed Ice
    •      40ml Tullamore DEW
    •      15ml Chartreuse
    •      12.5ml Orgeat
    •      25ml Lemon
    •      80ml Pressed Apple Juice
    •      Rhubarb Bitters

Shake all ingredients with ice and strain over ice filled highball glass.

Garnish: Mint Sprig, Lemon Wedge, Sugar Dust

5. Apple Martini

An icy cold martini cocktail is one of our St. Patrick’s Day drinks that will warm your hearts, no matter how cold it is outside.

For those of you celebrating the evening in style then the Apple Martini is definitely for you.

    • 3cl – Fresh lemon juice
    • 1cl – Sugar syrup

6. The Kermit cocktail

The hint is in the name and out of our St. Patrick’s Day drink, this is about as green as they come.

You’ll definitely catch a few eyes and turn a few heads with this Kermit cocktail in your hand; a luminous shade to your lucky four leaf clover.

    • 1 dash Sour Mix
    • Lemon & Lime (Sprite or 7-Up) to the top of the glass

7. Angostura Passion

This tangy tropical twist will send you straight back to primary school and your classes. Blue and yellow make… GREEN!

This cocktail is best made in a jug but be warned: This extravagant cocktail needs a garnish to match!

    • 2cl – Blue Curacao
    • 3-4 dashes Angostura Bitters

    • Garnish: Red Maraschino Cherry, Pineapple Spear, Orange Twist (We could go on!)
