Located in Catford, Southeast London, the house is situated in a vibrant neighbourhood with plenty of shops, restaurants, and bars. More than just a place to rest your head, it is designed to create a sense of community among our students, offering plenty of space for socialising, relaxing, and making the most of your time in London.
The kitchen and large dining area are perfect for communal meals, while the garden and leisure facilities make it easy to relax outside and hang out with your classmates.

The residence is made up of 10 comfortable ensuite bedrooms and can sleep up 24 students. It also comes with a well-equipped and spacious kitchen, roomy lounge and cinema room, games room and dining room – not forgetting that outdoor deck.
Plus, the shared house includes a washing machine and dishwasher, fibre optic broadband and private parking so students have everything they need to feel at home.

Our EBS London bartender accommodation is located in Catford, in the south east of the city, and has fast, easy access to the centre and the school by bus or train. Not only does the area boast top tier transport links, but it also benefits from a local feel away from the hustle and bustle of the big city. The neighbourhood is also known for its cool, quirky pubs and scenic parks and green spaces.
With London Bridge only 20 minutes away, you can dive into some history at the Tower of London, or check out the British Museum and Tate Modern if you’re into art. You can also wander through Borough Market for delicious foodie delights before heading to buzzing East London to sample some of the world’s best bars at night.
