What you’ll learn
We believe you learn best by doing, not revising. So you’ll be spending most of your time behind our state-of-the-art bar stations crafting cocktails and taking part in activities. After this training, you’ll feel right at home behind any bar, anywhere in the world. Here’s a taste of what you’ll cover:

Get familiar with all the techniques used by the pros, like building, shaking, training, stirring, muddling, rolling and layering. You’ll also know exactly what equipment to use, from the glasses to the shakers and strainers
Have fun getting to grips with all the fundamental bartending techniques like building, stirring, shaking, straining, rolling, layering and muddling. You’ll also become familiar with bar equipment including what glasses to use, different types of ice, shakers, strainers and more.
By the end of this training, cocktails will be your bread and butter. You’ll learn over 65 cocktail recipes, from the classics to the cutting-edge. And during the mixology workshops and the cocktail competition, you’ll even get the chance to design your own.
Forget everything you know about spirits – you’ll cover the history, production methods and uses for all kinds of spirits. So after the course, you can impress your customers (or just your mates) with your new, extensive knowledge.
Before you become a professional bartender, you have to learn all about alcohol laws. In this unit, we’ll cover age limits in different countries, units and measurements, responsible consumption and service techniques.

Use our flexible payment option to pay for your course in 3 instalments. The first one is only 20% of the course price. The second and third payments are 40% each.
Our International Bartender Course takes place over 4 weeks. During this time, you’ll enjoy hands-on training with our experienced instructors, workshops, masterclasses and plenty of social activities.
Most schools organise awesome activities to make sure you have the best possible EBS experience. You could tour a distillery, go scuba diving, go to a theme park, or visit world-famous attractions! All of the activities are optional as they are outside of course hours but we recommend that you take part as they make your time with EBS even more unforgettable.
