What can you see and do in Madrid?
Madrid is one of the most spectacular metropolitan cities in Europe and is much-loved by the cultured travellers who pass through the city every year. Visit El Retiro park, gaze at the magnificent architecture of the Royal Palace, and admire world-famous art galleries like El Prado. After the sun sets, go and watch the legendary Real Madrid play or head off to a club like El Kapital and let the electrifying nightlife absorb you.

The EBS Madrid school accommodates 48 students, the perfect number for you to be fully engaged with your instructor whilst also allowing you make friends with your course mates. The school features 10 bar stations, a live bar and a flair area complete with 12 stations. The school is situated less than a 5 minute walk from the Puerta de Toledo metro station, allowing you to move around the city easily.
The school has been rebuilt from scratch; it has an open plan design and has been styled like an industrial loft, an extremely modern style that is emerging in Madrid.

Accommodation
We’ll welcome you into our Casa Madrid in the lively neighbourhood of La Latina. In recent years, it has become known as the Brooklyn of Madrid due to its cool, alternative culture spots. Right by Puerta de Ángel metro station, the accommodation is 20 minutes from the school by public transport and a 15-minute walk from the historical monuments of the centre, such as the Royal Palace of Madrid and the Cathedral of La Almudena. There’s no lack of shops and restaurants nearby for a snack and it’s always a good time to stop by one of the famous 'Mercado de Tirso de Molina' bakeries.
If our primary accommodation reaches full capacity or you are taking the Barista Course, you will be housed in the Generator.

Madrid is home to the world famous Real Madrid Football Club, going to watch a match at the Santiago Bernabéu stadium is a must for anyone visiting the city. You’ll hear the famous chant of the locals, ‘Hala Madrid!’, translated into
Enjoy a fun day out with your coursemates at Madrid’s renowned theme park, Parque de Atracciones de Madrid, filled with numerous attractions and activities to keep you entertained. Available from April through to October.
What better way to unwind and get some bartending inspiration before the final week of your course than with a special screening of the legendary movie Cocktail starring Tom Cruise?! Relax, eat pizza and take part in our monthly edition of beer pong!
Graduation dinner will most definitely be the highlight of your trip. It’s a night of pure celebration as you and your fellow bartenders and now life long friends get together for one of the last times. You’ll have worked, explored and experienced so much together over the last month and will rightly so deserve a night of pure luxury.
