The Paris school

Conveniently close to one of the many metro stations around Paris, the school is easy to find and well-connected to public transportation. The famous castle of Vincennes is just a stone’s throw away, and all the parks and bistros in Paris make excellent hangouts to enjoy the company of your friends and some French macarons.

Most of our EBS Paris students are based in The Loft, a spacious 300m², three-story apartment set in the city’s northern suburbs. The Loft is around a 40-minute metro ride from the school, with one change at Miromesnil station. If The Loft gets booked up, you’ll get to stay in our specially selected hostel, which is just 10 minutes’ walk from the school. A week before the course starts, we’ll let you know which accommodation option we’ve assigned to you.

After-hours activities

Are you tired of just reading about micro-distilleries and feel like finally visiting one instead? Nicolas and Sébastien Julhès have been at it for five years now in the 10th district and only just last year have they added gin, vodka and a malt spirit to their product list. Visit the brothers and taste firsthand what the advantages of a micro-distillerie are over mass-production.

As EBS Paris is well-connected within the cocktail- and bartending industry, we regularly organize masterclasses hosted by external professionals. Whether it is a brand ambassador explaining some of the more obscure product characteristics or a tequila expert leading a tasting session, you are going to be amazed.

A genuine taqueria (that’s a dedicated Taco restaurant!) in the middle of Paris, this places deserves your visit. Not only because it’s located in Le Marais, one of the cooler Parisian districts, but also because the staff serves incredible cocktails featuring high quality Tequila, Mezcal, Gin and Whiskey based concoctions. Once you see the neon-pink “Tacos” sign from outside, you know you’ve found tequila heaven in Paris.

Serious cocktails in an unpretentious lounge near the Bastille with good bar snacks to boot. The attention to detail, chill atmosphere and intriguing menu make this an industry darling. Named for a large barrel that ages whiskey, the bar has an interesting selection that will be sure to delight whiskey fans.

With only a 30 minute walk from the Generator, Sacre Coeur deserves your visit at least once. The Basilica of the Sacred Heart of Paris overlooks the city from the hill on which it stands, and its white stone makes it an incredible attraction.
