What can you see and do in Kos?
Kos is one of Greece’s Dodecanese islands; famous for its stunning beaches, rich history and exceptional nightlife. The island’s pumping nightlife is centred along two main streets, Diakon and Nafklirou, otherwise known as ‘bar street’. The mixture of glorious sunshine, golden sand and crystal-clear waters creates the perfect conditions for activities such as jet-skiing, fly-boarding, and parasailing, and also exceptional spots for diving. The locals are renowned for being very helpful, affectionate, and open, and will make sure that you have an incredible time on the island!
The Kos school
Our Kos bartender school has been rebuilt from scratch to provide you with the ultimate outdoor complex. The school is an all-in-one, outdoor facility featuring first-class bartending, entertainment and accommodation facilities.
EBS Kos has been teaching students professional bartending under the sun since 1999. The school was the first ever bartender school within the EBS family, so the locals have a special relationship with EBS Kos. As an EBS student, you’ll get a wonderful reception on the island.

During your time with EBS Kos you’ll stay at Lawrence Apartments. The apartments offer you fantastic accommodation and entertainment facilities. The apartments are just a 3 minute walk from the beach and a 5 minute bike ride from Kos harbour and bar street. The open setting of the complex makes it the perfect place to relax with your new friends.

Three Island Trip
Three islands in one day. You’ll cross the Mediterranean with your crew, taking in fresh island air, endless blue and proper Greek food along the way. Around 30€ covers your ticket and lunch at a restaurant.
Water Park
A day trip to Lido Water Park with your classmates. Around 20€, with transport and entry included.
Winery
Learn how local wine is made. A masterclass on production, followed by a tasting of local wines and Greek cheeses. Around 10€, transport included.
Kos Bike Tour
See Kos on two wheels, the most fun and eco-friendly way to get to know the island. You’ll ride through charming neighbourhoods, past ancient ruins and along the seaside. Just 5€ for bike rental.
Beach Day
Two of the island’s best-known spots in one day. Start at Agios Stefanos, with crystal-clear water and underwater ruins, and swim across to Kastri Island. Then it’s on to Paradise Beach for watersports, music and a proper Greek summer day. You cover the transport: 20€.
Hiking
Climb Dikaios, the highest peak on Kos. From the top you’ll see the whole island and out to the neighbouring Greek isles. The bus to Zia village, where the hike begins, is 15€.
Pub Crawl
One night on Bar Street, the heart of Kos nightlife. You and your classmates will move between the island’s most iconic bars together.
