Ingredients
- 1 dash Angostura bitters
- 1 dash grenadine
- 5ml Bénédictine D.O.M
- 5ml triple sec
- 10ml cherry brandy
- 10ml fresh lime juice
- 20ml gin
- 80ml pineapple juice
Process Steps
- Pour all the ingredients into a shaker and shake
- Strain into a highball or sling glass over cubed ice
- Garnish with a pineapple wedge and a cherry
