Ingredients

  • 1 dash Angostura bitters
  • 1 dash grenadine
  • 5ml Bénédictine D.O.M
  • 5ml triple sec
  • 10ml cherry brandy
  • 10ml fresh lime juice
  • 20ml gin
  • 80ml pineapple juice

Process Steps

  1. Pour all the ingredients into a shaker and shake
  2. Strain into a highball or sling glass over cubed ice
  3. Garnish with a pineapple wedge and a cherry
